I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your Dealership – RAMA MOTORS, Okhla, and New Delhi on Aug 10th 2010. And that was the day my troubles with this car started. Barely two weeks later had I had to send the car back into the service center since the fuel pump was faulty, and the car refused to move. My experience with the service center (RAMA MOTORS, OKHLA) was very poor. After keeping the car for 2 days they informed me that the car needed to be sent to a different service center since their workers were on strike for the past week. What I don’t understand is why did they take my car in the first place? Anyways Sanya Motors, managed to get the car’s fuel pump replaced & billed me Rs.11500 (approx) for it. I paid for it, and at the same time I wrote an email to your write to CEO corner with details, however there has been no response to it till date.
This morning I was surprised to find the fuel tank leaking. So yet again it has been taken to the service center – SANYA MOTORS. This time around the story is that the Fuel Tank is damaged & needs a replacement which for which I have been asked to pay Rs.5000/-. I don’t understand how can a brand new car have so many issues & why am I paying when I have got extended warranty on the car. I am totally disgusted with the experience of owning this car. I have been a Maruti Suzuki customer for over 7 years & this was a first time I decided to go for a different brand & I have really learnt my lesson.
I need you to kindly tell me what is wrong with this car? And what is the procedure for getting this car changed, because I don’t think after paying Rs.6, 35,000 for the car I should not be given such a run around. I need to know by when I can expect a response to my query.
