CITIBANK India - Citibank no friendly services for Disabled person

I am physically disabled, but had arranged a help to courier account conversion form to Chennai, which Citibank had provided on email. But now i get call from Citibank that form sent is old and they want me to courier the new form. I am physically challenged and cannot do any kind of courier again.

Citibank is not converting my savings account to Basic account. Every month 600/- is deducted.
Please revert the amount and process my form.
As I am physically challenged, I cannot travel out for any work.

I can submit the account conversion form online as soft copy, but Citibank is not ready to accept that.
This means a disabled person cannot have a bank account with Citibank.

MESSAGE FOR CITIBANK HIGHER MANAGEMENT: Why citibank is wasting papers? entire world is going digital. If you cannot change your old rules, you cannot survive in this market. You have no future with the kind of services you are providing to customer.

This is the worse banking experience what Citibank is giving. No friendly services for disabled.

I have received one latter from citi bank for the signature mismatch , now please tell me that how it will be solve ,
