I have submitted my documents before 2 week to apply for a new credit card of citibank.
Still i dint get any card from their side.
They give me wrong commitments that your card will start in one week, but i call to citibank executive for a know status about my card so they don't take my call and never give me response of my call / message.

I worry about the misuse of my personal documents.

They are not telling me the appropriate reason for asking this issue

This is ramchandar from Hyderabad.
I applied the Citibank and application no: 17070885210. credit card issued the bank and dispatched through BLUEDART (ref no: 08000017071700022).So the bluedart delivery boy was reached my office and calling me. But that time l am not in city because of office purpose. Then the boy return to Citibank. Please resend the card.

Please be Informed that I Mrigank kashyap never had Citibank card No-4386280026122881 but it showed a written off balance amount 112893/- in my CIBIL Report.Request you to check & investigate the matter.I have even sent this on retail.dox.india@citi.com but have not received any reply.

Hi Citi Bank,
I am not all satisfied with your services and while opening account you promised to keep it way easy to login but i have been trying a way long since 3 days but there is no way i could create my USER ID and IPIN .

Hello Citi Bank,

I am not all satisfied with your services and let me get back to you in few months with answer. I am not all happy with your services and what is your definition of customer i did not understand. Is it fair of creating these many requests for resolution of one problem, neither action nor clarification, keep raising the tickets without providing resolution. I am fed up with your services and let me find the ways to escalate on your customer service. Below Tickets for your reference. I already told many times by calling customer care that my phone is not available and address has been changed, even neither TPIN unavailability. As per their solution provided customer care center, first time i had couried the required docs to citi bank chennai office, but no luck nothing happened, only tickets has been raised without providing any solutions, later again i called citi bank customer care, they told to send scanned consent letter and address proof to the following email
retail.dox.india@citi.com, but as usual again no action, only keep raising the tickets.
