Dear nodel/ manager voltas
We have purchased this voltage 1.2 ton split Ac 4 days and it was purchased from
Shop clue which was quick and delivered promptly. We have been waiting for installation which has become like a dream which cannot be fulfilled. Totally disgusted with the customer care supervisor Abhishek, Ripun and Sindhu cc agent who have told us that the same will be done in 24 hrs or earlier
Pls look into the same or else let me know the process of refund.
Worst customer care service provider is VOLTAS !!!
