This is to inform you that I ,Monika rathour had registered a complain on 21-04-2010 to your Mumbai office through phone....

Complain NO. - 10AP2100384

No One has turned up till now ie 11-05-2010 inspite of many phone calls to the customer care and a local service centre of voltas located at Laxmi Nagar also.

If Voltas is selling products , Please make sure that you people are ready to provide services also and If it is not Possible to Provide Services , Do inform to The customers..

So that We can Buy Some Other Company\'s Products...

This attitude is very disgusting
