Voltas Limited - Voltas Split Ac Purchased on 29th June Not Working

Dear Sir

We have purchased the Voltas Split Ac Vertis on 29th June from M/s Applainces Gallary H-15,Laxmi Nager,Vikas Marg Delhi-92 on the Cash Payment of Rs 29900/through Invoice No 18085

But After That the Ac is Installed on 3 rd July but after that its not working we complaint on6th July 09 Complaint No 09JL060872

Voltas people keep on assuring that it will be k. We,talk to So many people in the Organisation but every body gives different Answers

Please Help us

Ac works 1 hour and get stop it is also having crack in its pipe
