I have purchased voltas window air condition 0.75 Tone elite modal and serial no. 4010870M08C001042 from Bansal Electronics , SCO 385 , Sector 8 , Panchkula , Haryana. Invoice No. 4058 Dt. 7/06/2009. Tin No. 0********16.
At the installation time my plumber has told me : your air condition has no two lock pin in plastic door and corner has broken so immediately change it. I told Bansal Electronics’s proprietor but he was refuse this mater. I complained to voltal limited complain No. 1674 Dt. 10/6/09 it’s service man Mr.Gurupal came and note this mater and informed company will change this plastic window body as soon as possible. I did more complain and no was (2) 09JU290522 Customer id C0980416. Complain no was (3) 09JL250804 DT. 25/07/09. I also request to voltas service center to Mr.Maninder Garg. Voltas service persone told me if I received this body than I replacing. But how much time are you taken? Today 1.5 months was completed but my problem was not solved.
