With reference to above cited subject this is to inform you that iam the contineous user of air tel sim since past 4-5 yrs my cell no is ********55 in my name ie manish verma few days back i purchased another sim bearing no ********55 that too in my name but when i put the sim in my mobile it is not working since the very first time so i compliant it to the customer care at russel chowk jabalpur but no body respond me properly they told me that sim will take 45 day to get registered after that also you have to pay the charges to chane the sim i hurt me alot that without using the sim again i have to pay charges that too i have to wait for 45 days more kindly get my sim changed that too witout any cost.
