That about 5 years back airtel company issue a Sim card to me under its scheme. The Land line numbar and a Sim card is same and sim card with life time validity, land line-402938 & Sim card - ********38. The sim card was taken by me in the name of my Father, Indentification documents submitted by me at Airtel customer relationship centre personally.
Then it was lost by me 2 months ago. after lodging FIR i contacted Airtel customer relationship centre, they informer me it is issued to another person even after having the information of lost sim to Airtel.
A lady worker of Airtel customer relationship centre accecp that fact, this small mistake done by our person and we are Helpless & Sorry
