I HAD ATTENDED A SERVICE CALL(DIALER -TONE),I JUST PRESSED THE RED BUTTEN AND AFTER SOME TIME I GOT THE MESSAGE - YOUR DIALER TONE IS ACTIVATED AFTER THAT I DEACTIVATED THE DIALER TONE AND GOT CONFERMATION MESSAGE FROM COMPANY AFTER SOMETIME I GOT THAT MY BALANCE HAD REDUCED TO MINUS RS.09.78.I HAD PHONECALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE TWO TIMES FROM MY FRIENDS NUMBER+********8248 AND TOLD THE MATTERS TO CARE ,I ASKED TO BACK MY MONEY BECAUSE IT'S NOT MY MISTAKE BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTION ANYTHING.MY NUMBER IS - +********9292.ON DATE 27-05-2011
