Sub: Disconnection of Telephone No. 4244900 PRI LINE under Tariff 10000/- monthly.

Ref: Our repeated request Letter & Emails on dated 14.05.09/15.05.09/18.05.09/20.05.09/29.06.09 & 11.07.2009.

Dear Sir,

We are having A PRI Line connection No. 4244900 at our unit.

We want to draw your kind attention towards our previous repeated reminders in form of Letters, E-mails, telephonic talks and personal meetings with Mr. Anurag Tilwani & Mr. Savio Nair regarding change of tariff i.e PRI 10000/- monthly to PRI 5000/- monthly as our uses are limited to Rs. 3000-3500/- monthly.

Further to intimate you that from last 2 months we are very much unsatisfied with the response and progress from your end.

We shall not be liable to pay any Bill amount according to PRI Tariff 10000/- monthly rental from 18.05.2009 on the ground of repeated verbal assurance from your representatives that the migration is in process at upper level but we have yet not received anything in writing.

Therefore we are compelled to request you to disconnect our telephone line immediately and intimate us.

This is for kind information & necessary actions.
