snapdeal.com - Worst response from the SNAPDEAL regarding the order 1290068423

I have got this product on Oct 4th and as per my complaint(faulty product) they took the product from me on Oct 16th. And after that there is no Mail/Phone from the snapdeal for update.
I am calling daily for update and those simply saying this is escalated and we will update you soon.
It has been month and still they are saying same story, if i ask in a bold manner they are simply saying, if you want you can raise a compliant.
As per them they sent the product through Firstflight on Nov 6th but it is not traceable. I checked with courier they are saying they didnt get product from snapdeal.


I have called more than 20 times ans sent number of mails regarding this product, not even get proper update.
As of now i have payed 2 months EMI (in months) without holding the product properly.


I dont want to take the product right now, i have raised the complaint regarding the product with there "trust pay" time only and waited for one month.
It is enough, i dont want to wait months regarding this product by simply paying EMI's to them.

Complainant's Goal: I want to cancel this product and my money back.

Snapdeal, thanks for response after ONE month, My question is why my complaint is listed on 15th Nov as i am calling from you people from one month for update. what you people are doing by simply saying "it will resolve tomorrow".
