Hi Snapdeal,

You guys s**k!!! Am always having a bitter experience with snapdeal.

I have been waiting for my product since last 10 days. I thought I had got an amazing deal that's why I had ordered this Nokia 625, you guys finally cheated us. Instead you shouldn't have put that offer on.

Your customer care guys say that the courier people had returned the product back, but when we checked with the courier team(Chennai, chrompet branch) with the corresponding tracking number they clearly say that "THE PRODUCT HASN'T COME TO CHENNAI AT ALL &THE VENDOR HAS ASKED THE COURIER TEAM TO RETURN IT BACK".

And finally you guys blame the customer/courier & bluff people. However nothing has been happening now neither the Product Nor my Money. Whenever i call the customer service they say "Pls wait for 48/72hrs". I have paid 12K boss, I definitely have the right to demand you for my product. How is this going to be concluded?

I Need the product to be shipped immediately, if at all there is no chance of shipping atleast refund my money back.

Yet Again, Ordered Nokia 625 isn't delivered got my refund back. But I did the same mistake again, I had ordered for a Nokia 525, then made me wait for 10 days & now they say that they are cancelling my order & money would be refunded!!! Wat the F*** u guys are...
