I purchased a Neil`charcoal barbecue from SNAPDEAL.COM, and received a faulty product the company being at fault was not ready to refund my money but somehow after lot of efforts from me they agreed, but after providing all the bank details and having returned the product it`s been good long 10 to 12 days after their last email about the initiation of the process for the refund i have not received my money back that is an amount of 2400 rupees. The team SNAPDEAL is not responding please help me to get back my money as early as possible
