One order has been placed in snapdeal.com for lenono laptop by using credit card. i got mail from snapdeal after completion of my payment. Here we can figure out in the following content that estimated date , payment bill and courier tracking number from bluedart.

On 26-09-2013
i had contacted them for the shipment status. i was replied as product will be dispatched today or tomorrow.

when order has been placed for Lenovo laptop in snapdeal, I got one mail from snapdeal for the order details.


I have been Provided wrong courier Tracker number is 5********06.which has been delivered before 10 days(on 13-09-2013) of my order placed(23-09-2013).

They have cheated me with wrong courier track id is 5********06.

since 10 days I have raised multiple requests for status of my product shipment delivery.i have been allotted multiple request id`s which are not responded.you can refer those request numbers here as #3342036,#3398761,#3399299,#3399330,#347080,#3459969

but,there is no any response for above requests.

Daily I have been calling them 10 to 15 times. It`s too embarrassing me.
In this process, since 10 days I was not replied with proper response.
On 03-10-2013, one of their team member(anurag) said in the phone conversation that we will share one mail for initiative refund amount for confirmation by today evening. But, still I was not sent.
Just I want to get my amount as refund. am not asking them product. just am asking my amount.

On 07-10-2013
mounika (snapdeal customer care) called me at 3-00 pm.and said that they would update me by this tomorrow.but,still there is no response.

snapdeal deserve to be fraudsters.
I bought a product id : 5258405055 of worth rs 1926 from snapdeal using my cash in my sd accountand cancelled it immediately on very next day.Anyway they took rs 1926+unwanted rs 330.I got rs 1926 after a long battle of 1 month,it was ridiculous.but where is rs 330 which they robbed unwantedly.
You have refunded me rs 1926 on my sd account,but the
actual amount was 2553 before purchase of product id: 5258405055.
It is clear that you stole rs 330 from my account.

THE PERFECT EVIDENCE
The original balance=2553.
The deducted amount=1926+330
The balance after deduction=296
The balance after refund(now)=2222
The amount to be credited in my sd account is rs:330.

When will you refund it????????????????

My opinion :
The sd account and money is not safe for customers, better discontinue it,else you are the one who are gonna suffer. snapdeal is a crap.

Its my money which you grabbed insanely. still I did not get my money which you stole.
When will I get it?????????

Snapdeal is a big fraudster website forever.They stole or looted my sd cash like a thief and I am hanging with these inhuman fraudsters for refund over 1 month.The customer care service is very bad and useless .Customer care representatives do not keep up their promise.When I talk to them over phone ,they always say hold on for 2 mins (like 2 mins maggie )and escape.So never shop from these insane fraudsters,they themselves do not know what genuine means and making an advertisement.

i have ordered Oleva AD & Faceted Blue Crystal Pendent Set & Pearl Watch Combo (ordered no- 13********). But i got only watch, they have not sent the Pendent Set. i have complained them (complaint number 3782455), but till today no result.
whenever i call them, the customer care will tell within 24 or 48 hours, they will solve it.
