The amount had been debited from my account on 14th May 2012.

Till date we have not received the connection at our residence.

From 14th May 2012 till 15th November 2012, no one has the time to give us a new connection....
Its been now 6 months...
This is too disappointing.
I do not have any words to describe the frustration that we are having since we are not getting the connection inspite of constant follow up.
