My BP No is 1100221990. We have been billed excessively in the month of May. My consumption shows 80 units. If you look at out average consumption for 2 years it has not been more than 25 units. In the month of Jan my consumption shoewd -8 units which is not possible. I made a complaint to Mahanagar gas on July 29th. I wa stold i will receive reply within 7 days but it has been 15 days yet i have not received any reply. Also in my Current bill they are showing arrears of Rs 192/- which they say is some adjusted amt. They are not able to give any explaination for the same. My bill for July 2011 is Rs. 502/- but they have showed as 671/- . My coplaint number is 795066. Kindly revert to this asap as i need to know the exact payable amt so i can pay my bill.
