My BP no is 1100384556 & my CA no is 210000392944. I had made a request through customer care no on 3rd of Oct'11 for installation of copper pipe and was given within 7 working days the work will be done.
On 20th again made the same request as was not done earlier through customer care no and was again given date was by 28th the work will be done.

But till date no work is not completed and not aware about the status of my complain.
