I HAVE BSNL POSTPAID CONNECTION NO-********78. NOW I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE MARKET ALERT SERVICE FROM 55500 I.E REDDIF. BUT THEY ARE STILL CONTINUE THE MARKET ALERT SERVICE. MAY PLEASE HELP.

Rediffshopping marketing mails to discontinued on above personal email id.
And also they dont have marketing mails does not have unsbuscribe opton to discontinue which is an intention default from rediffshopping.
whom to complaint.... please help.
