I have placed an order for Nokia N-70 model mobile online with Rediff shopping and my order confirmation is 5414076 dt. 06.06.09. Inspite of sending the documents they have not delivered/shipped the item i ordered. There is no response to my complaint given to customer service. I am really upset with the way they have been neglecting and not caring to despatch the ordered item. Hence, i am writing this complaint please help me.

Complainant's Goal: Rediff shopping failed to ship the item ordered although payment has been made.
