I have purchased a Digital Camera from Rediff shopping one year back. It was on vendor warranty. Just one month after the purchase I found some problem with the camera I reported it. Then they just returned it saying there is no problem with it. Later 2 months back I face some Lense problem again, then I reported them again. Now the camera is not with me from more than a month. And the case is not resolved yet. They replied me that they will replace the product but the issue is what if the new one have any problem. So I asked for refund. But from last 1-2 weeks there is no update from Rediff. When I call them & ask for update they say the matter is escalated to higher authority & they are contacting vendor, we'll update you by today evening 6 PM. But there 6 PM never came.
I am not able to figure out any other way to get this matter clear.
Please advice me way out to get refund or replacement.
