i have order for two items selected from rediff shopping site 1. jhoola for baby krishna for rs 1599/- and devdas diya for 599/- and make payment online through my credit card. i recd the item after some time through courier but on opening i found the jhoola acqtually i ordered was different and costly than what rediff send me . i lodge complain with rediff through mail. they acknowldge the mistake and call me and reply also but when i asked to replace the item or refund the excess amount they have charged. they not only refuse on phone but thorugh mail they said it is old case so they can not do any thing on the subject.
