I have purchased \"New 2nd Generation 2 GB MP3 Player\" through rediff shopping. At time of receiving this product with damazed cover and bad product(and it was not playing properly). So I sent a mail to rediff customer care and that product return back to the vendor through \"DTDC\" courier. I sent a mail to rediff cutomercare with specifying all the details about courier. But I didnot get any reply from rediff or vendor by saying that we received that product.Till now I didnot get new product from them.I have sent so many mails to customer but I didnot received reply from them.

I have proofs off purchased mail chain and corier receipt.I am providing the details about the order
