This is with regards to Guruyaur express Train number 16128 which was divered on 30/09/2017 at trichy station when it was just about to start to chennai . It was routed via salem and vridhachalam instead on normal route
worse was it was delayed at salem for more than 2 hours and reached chennai tambaram at 11.45 pm instead of 7.30 pm

The announcement made at trichy station by a lady was very feeble and no reason or regrets was expressed due to incovenience to passengers
people with childern /old people etc were put to lot of hardship becoz of this attitude of the railways

will authorities look into this and atleast give reasons for such changes so that peopl can be mentally prepared and not discover by themselves when they will reach their destination
