I bought an Acer Aspire 5745g from udupi last september suddenly one morning when i got up and switched it on there were white lines on my screen when i approached the service center he put the blame on me telling its due to physical damage whereas the laptop has no signs of it whatsoever,there is no signs of physical damage on my laptop and being a loyal acer customer i am really dissapointed in how the company is pushing the blame on the consumer even though its not the consumers fault.being a student i paid 47000 for my laptop and now within six months i have to pay 14000 to get it repaired for no fault of mine and due to the companys bad quality of products, i would request you too please check into the matter and give me my warranty which i deserve failing which i will be forced to take further action and approach a consumer court.

i purchase acer e1 530 on 16 jan. 2014 when i use headphone first time thier is a problem in mother board i compaint in service center on 31 jan but their is no soulation upto now every time customer care say that they need two more days i think we should not purchase any product of acer in future
