Acer India - Poor customer service

I have lodged a complaint -051710-195 regarding sound coming out of system while starting it. I had received two calls from acer but nobody resolved my problem. Though I had complained during warranty time, customer care is now shrugging off the responsiblity by saying that now warranty period has passed.

I think acer should be taken to court for anti consumer behaviour.

I am aslo having a similar kind of problem in my newly bought ACER laptop. I had shown them the receipt of purchage and I did not face any problem in registering the complain under warranty. So , kindly support your argument with a proper document.

Despite this , it has been taking long time to repair the laptop because the my service centre is yet to receive the part that needs to be replaced.
