5 Months back I purchased ACER ASPIRE TEAMLINE 4820TG for better battery hrs working but at the same time
I bought a faulty keypad . The keys are hard from the beginning only . The most commonly used keys got still harder and I
have to press very hard to confirm my typing . Soon on of the keys hardness went beyond the tolerance , two other keys
also shown indifferent working , and as I am always on national and international tours , I didn’t get time to register a complaint .
Finally after the compalint I got a case ID 111110-297, so unable to further use , I personally went to show the faults to nearest
ACER recommended shop –HOUSE OF LAPTOP
Without trying the keys the gentleman , welltrained to avoid the liabilities , called Pune service centre telling one Mr Mahesh Kulkarni
Western zone service engineer –another very well trained Acer employee – said this is not covered under warantee .
Both of them did not care to even test other keys working or not ? When tried to explain them about the whole the Pune Gentleman
revealed a great discovery --- USE IS ABUSE
