Acer India - I am not satisfied with the pathetic services of Acer

I am a student of Icfai Business School Gurgaon, pursuing MBA. I had received this laptop Acer Aspire 4736(S.no. LXPBX0C004920182CF1601) from my college in July 2009. It was working fine, when one day I noticed slight flickering in the screen. I called the service centre on 2nd Dec. A so called engineer came to me on the very next day. He opened my laptop to note down the serial number of the screen, and when he fixed it back, the screen went completely blank. So I had to submit it in the service centre. It was his fault and poor services of Acer that I received the laptop after 2 months, on 6th Feb 2010.
After one month, it again started showing the same problem which cannot be rectified till date. The service centre people say that they have ordered the part and it’s on its way, they can receive it on any time. But, now it’s high time, I don’t think the part is coming from some other planet, so why is it taking months to reach to me? The flickering is on its peak now and I m not at all able to see what’s on the screen; it’s nothing better than a blank screen.
As I already mentioned that I am pursuing MBA, and I have a very busy schedule of studies, and I cannot go to the service centre every week to get this problem fixed temporarily, or call the support centre on daily basis to know the status of that part (I know their reply-“We have no idea about it”). This problem is affecting my studies very much. I have to borrow my friend’s laptop to complete my reports work, my presentations work etc. And so, my submissions are getting delayed. Which are costing me my points and my grades.
I just want a simple and straight answer, Can you guys solve my issue, or not?
I have shown a lot of patience and now it has crossed the limit. I’ll be glad if you guys revert back to me.
