A.C. of B-1, Duronto Exp.2260 on 29-30th March 2010 was not working most of the time, causing suffocation. Technicians present were incapable to rectify.
Non Veg continental food was par below average and fish fry was stale.
Complainant's Goal: Rectify the short commings.
