IRCTC - Manipulations in Wait list at Vadodara Station

1) I have Booked a On line Railway ticket at IRCTC web site for Date 26th Feb.2010 from Vadodara To Mumbai in 1st class A/c Train no 2010 Shatabadi express My Ticket PNR No.********39 with RLWL-1
2) On checking Booking chart at Vadodara I found that Wait list from 2 to 9 were confirmed where as my wait list no 1 was not confirmed
I would like to know from IRCTC as how this is happened?
