Dear Sir,
I had travelled in 1st AC in Train no 2967 - Jaipur Express from Chennai to Nagpur on 13th April 2010, Coach No HA1, PNR NO. 441-6732738 & Ticket No ********. The entire 1st Coach was full of cockroaches on the berth, on the floor, on the tables, even they mangaged to get in our food due to which we had to throw the same. On complaining to the T.T. & the Coach Attendant they were least bothered & said \"What can we do.\"
We have been cheated by the INDIAN RAILWAYS, what is the point of paying double the fare & travelling in 1st AC when we have to sleep with cockroaches in such unhygienic conditions, even the cleanliness was poor & no one is bothered. I expect an immediate reply & refund otherwise I shall proceed to the consumer forum.
