During booking a tatkal ticket through irctc.co.in,due to some problem the transaction was timed out.My ticket was not booked and was showing under "refund status of failed transaction" as "Ticket not booked"although the amount was credited from my bank account.
So I booked another ticket ,which was successfully booked.
Later when I checked my IRCTC account,the ticket with failed transaction is showing as "Booked" with PNR number generated.So I cancelled the ticket and got only 25% refund as per tatkal cancellation rules.
I have written and called to IRCTC many times but there was no positive response stating the refund amount.
So I would like to ask IRCTC that why should I get only 25% refund when the problem was from the end of IRCTC.
