Star Cj Alive - Stat CJ live cheating by giving faulty product and asking to get repaired

I purchased LAVA tablet from Star CJ over the Internet. I got a faulty product and I informed Star CJ. They exchanged the product of 20th June 2013. The replacement was also faulty. They asked me to contact LAVA service center to confirm if the product is really faulty. I went to LAVA service center on 21st June 2013. They confirmed that the product is faulty. I called up Star CJ on 21st June 2013 to either exchange the product or refund the money. They said that this time they will exchange and recheck the product before sending. However, next day (i.e. today) 22nd Jun 2013 thay caled up and said they are not going to exchange and that I should got to LAVA service center and get the product repaired.

This is not acceptable as they cannot sell me a faulty product and then ask me to get it repaired. I want a refund and an additional Rs.10,000 for the harrasment they caused.
