I would like to bring to your notice about an open fraud company STAR CJ ALIVE.
I had ordered a birla classic food proccesser online, by paying through cash after home delivery,of Rs.3995/-
I have placed order on 14th september'2011.My order number is
2011-0913-023097
we got the delivery on 19th september, of 'BIRLA CLASSIC FOOD PROCCESSER' we found the product not working and on the same day we had complaint on starcj customer care they had promise for exchanging the product within 7 days,
We have called them almost everyday, but they simply ignore by telling that they will contact within 48 hours, but they don't respond.
This has virtually led to harrasment where they have taken full money, and once they got money, they know that now its customer headache to follow them.This is a clear case of cheating.
Please help me in getting back my money plus penalty for this mental harrassment, so that they could get lesson, and does not repeat this to other innocent customer.

Same incident happens with me. I ordered a Kitchen combo and recived it on 12th July, 13 after 4 PM. Next day we saw that snadwich maker key is broken. I complained 14th July, on 9 am. I have been told within 7 days product will be exchanged. But after one week no one came for exchange. Again on 21 I called andinformed the samething. Again they told it will be replaced. But now on 22nd one lady from STAR CJ called me and told me i shuld complain on 13 itself. So they can not exchange the product. I have paid Rs 2000 for that damaged product. I think it is a cheating company who is playing with customer and making profit with our hard earning money.
I am surprised how our government has allowed to telecast their programme in TV.
I will never buy any product from this company and advice other also not to buy anything from this cheating company.
