I had purchased a Canon printer on 21st March 2011 and it was delivered on 25th March with all ancillaries missing like cable, cartridges, etc.
Have complained and called but not sorted yet till today.
They have not given me the free gifts as well. They are also not good at redeeming free gift vouchers.
My details are -

Order No – 2011-03-21-012340
Booking date – 21st March 2011
Recd date – 25th March 2011
Invoice no – 201103220705

I will file a consumer court case at the Bandra courts if this is not sorted within 48 hours. I have been patient and have given ample time and they have not resolved.
