The complaint is against starcjlive tv shopping

Ihad ordered for 3 kurtis @ 1799through order no 201203210296470n march 22, 2012. Since the size was not what I had ordered for, I had requested cancellation and refund of the deal. I was informed that my deal is cancelled, and I will receive the refund after the parcel is taken by the authorised person. I have made several calls to the customer care and everytime I was told that they will call me back. Till now nothing has happened .I request you to prcess my refund as early as possible. The business email id (response@starcj.com) dos not work on yahoo site.The calls are given the answer that they will call back soon, but that has never happened.
