2nd time Reminder/Complain
Dear Sir,
I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

I was a great fan of Royal Enfield. So I purchased a Classic 350 Royal Enfield Bike in August 2016 at Cruiser India, Jamshedpur. It’s running only 8344 K.M. As I am from Odisha, Mayurbhanj, I servicing my bike at Baripada. I am really disappointed with the customer service of Royal Enfield. Still my issue is not fixed. I cannot waste my time by visiting service center again and again; leaving by bike assuming it will be fixed however it’s not. I leave my bike in showroom for 1 month because of this problem. The engine tappid sound is very loud and vibration is not stopped after 4th servicing. They (servicing centre) told me that after 4th servicing the tappid sound and vibration are stopped and running smoothly. But till now the problem of my bike is not solve. What can I do? I cannot understand. If I know about that problem before I bought the classic 350 I never prefer this bike. If you are not able to solve this problem then tell me that you cannot. You are harassing your customer. Why? This is my 2nd time complain and I think it’s the last time. Surely I go to the consumer help line. Limit of patience is exceeding. I have no patience anymore.
