We ordered for classic 350 bullet 6 months back in alappuzha(kerala) royal enfield showroom(riders motors).
We are waiting to the delivary of bullet for more than 6 months . What is the reason for not delivering it, is the production is going or not.
Is this manufacturing mistake or dealers mistake. Then why your taking our booking. the dealers told that our booked colour not yet recived from royal enfield company.Each time,the show room dealers fix a date for delivering the bullet and told us to come on that date,but on that date they will tell the same story as the preffered color not yet come.we went more that 6 times to showroom as per there commitment.now,they are telling that black color is only available so choose black color.But we booked for meroon color,and we must need that color.we will get bullet or not....

Dear Customer Service,
We had booked Royal En field in the month of July, they said that they would deliver the bike by November end, however when visited the show room couple of times, they told that the order of the previous RE thunderbird bike would change automatically into the new model. Now when checked they are saying we need to book again.
This is really sad to know in-spite that they didn't inform the same before when we had gone there n number of times. please deliver the bike on November end as it was promised earlier .
