hi sir,
this is ujwal and i am extremly unsatisfied with the service done in (iblur) royal enfield showroom where their is no customer satisfaction,n the service is very worst as they wont provide proper service.
i have complained many times but there is no proper response and more over bill amount will be huge and the repairs are done very poor.
the manager (ANAND)iblur royal enfield showroombehaves so rude with the customers.few days ago i left my6 bike for service early morning ,i was the first customer n i was asked to collect bike evening on the same day but when i went to collect bike nothin was done inspite of leavin bike early and was behaved badly.. royal enfield is the worst ever bikes i have seen and lot of cheating is done to the customers by giving worst product and solid poor services.
my bike got more defects but when ever i leave my bike for service the service will be done poorly and no proper water wash but more over they charge huge amount of money.
i suggest to all never to buy this royal enfield bike
