Sir/Madam,
This is Shib Kumar Dhar from Ahmedabd. I sent a domestic assignment( AMD 1618434 ) through Professional Courier on 02nd Oct but even after more than 8 days it has not reached its destination. On contacting Professional Courier they put forth a sorry figure.
I had enquired about non-delivery of parcel after 7 days at your Ahmedabd & kolkata branch, but the response from the complaints cell was rough and rude.
It has really proved to be a Poor service. Please take some action.
