they have not delivered an important document which was sent yesterday(9th feb) from calicut as they promised wjhile making the courier.
and the thing was that when make a call,they were irresponsible that they dont even know the status of deliver. when i called customer care number 2397228 they were talking as if is not their matter. and when i called manager ********28 he is out of station and dont know much...this is showing their irresponsibility in a public sector. the courier was very important that it will sometimes affect my career...sir please take sufficient action..
missing of my important document last two weeks back applied cheack book it will come on 13.02.2012 still now they are not delivered . i am calling so many times today they are not giving proper response to me. continuously last 4 hours i try to traced my air bill no still i am not getting any response . its very worst service they are giving so please dont do again . please tack a action .
Respected Sir,one of my friend sent a courier to a town called Bapatla,A.P its Proffesional Courier,the courier personal had called my old parents to collect the parcel,but the thing is my parents are too old to go & collect it frm the office,they cannot effort to go to the office because they cannot walk.I had called them many times & begged them to deliver the parcel but they were so ignorent. the proffesional courier was every day delay in services in vanagaram branch for chennai.documents 2 & 3 days waiting for your vanagaram branch office.

I recently sent a courier from Chennai to Karur,(Waybill no.********2/10.02.2010) which include 1 packet of sealed Nokia mobile phone and a charger, but the recipient received Charger only, somebody has teared the sealed cover and stole mobile phone. Even after my complaint the authorities in Chennai and karur office had done nothing to get it back to us. They have totally ignored our complaint and their behavior is highly irritating..
Pls look on this matter and solve it.

Professional courier is always a delay in vanagaram branch, has to follow them up every time for these couriers. mainly when awaited for important documents this delay is highly untolerable. Kindly take steps to avoid such unnecessary delays
