I Booked the parcel from Bangalore to perambalur (Tamilnadu) on 08/10/2010 at ramamurthy nagar collection center,I had kept the one gold chain with pendent jewel box in side the parcel and it was fully covered with Saree material and Greeting cards.The parcel was delivered to the consignee on 11/10/2010 at 4 pm, In that parcel some of the places are teared out..When I open the jewel box the chain and pendent was missed rest of the items are there..Please take an action to track the items.
