Professional Couriers - Not able to trust this courier any more

I have send a courier from Chennai to Mumbai with consignment no:********6 on 11/02/2011 and it reached Mumbai on 15/02/2011 with two thing are missing in side it.
I have gone to the courier office in Chennai and they just smile and told we cannot do any thing.
The name of the courier is Professional Courier but the people working in this courier are the most Unprofessional and according to me nobody should send anything using this courier.It is most untrustworthy courier I have ever seen.
Complainant's Goal: Nothing,I was about the trust which you guys loose.
