Professional Couriers - Manipulated Weighing scale with Professional Couriers.

I had sent a parcel to hyderabad last week, which was around 1.6Kg's and the weight when checked in their office it came to 2.6Kg's. They have manipulated the weighing scale and charging for extra 01Kg.

Later on when asked the concern person, he said we have undercharged you and everything was ok.

They are just fooling the customers.

Complainant's Goal: Rest of the people should not be cheated as they are located in main market.
