I have ordered a mobile pouch worth 590 rupees, received and returned the product on issue over size. The order id is 171-4250006-5030765. The seller has approved the refund but Amazon.in is not processing the refund. It has been 45 days since I have made refund request but until today I didn't get the refund in any form. From the past 7days, Everyday I contact Amazon India customer support and everyday they tell me to wait 24-48 hours to receive the refund cheque. I am vexed with them as they don't even provide details of their higher authorities to escalate the issue.
