i ordered product from amazon.in on 24th June 2015 , i returned it on 26th june2015 because product quality was not adequate, or it was dis satisfactory, so i returned it. The product is from amazon fulfilled seller, as per their terms and conditions i should get refund within 4-5 days of return but its 13th of july now still they are saying u will get refund within 2-3 business day everyday i call them . i am calling them everyday from 10th of july2015 but still they are saying it will take 2/4 business days . i ordered costly product iphone 5s 32gb of Rs.44199/-. its big amount they are not returning me back. i want to file complaint against amazon. i am getting mentally harassed by amazon. please help me.
