I have placed an online order on 24 December 2014 for "Canon imageClass MF3010 Monochrome Multifunction Laser Printer (Black) Serial No. - FBAGWYRZ9U129" at Amazon.in Order No. #404-7777465-3645169, the item is not yet received. Initial date of delivery was 07 January 2015, later verbally shifted to 09 January 2015, later 15 January 2015, later 22 January 2015. However, today after reminding Amazon I was informed that they would cancel the order and issue refund since suspect the package was lost/stuck in transit.
I am not interested to receive refund after 26 days and place new order. I must get the item "Canon imageClass MF3010 Monochrome Multifunction Laser Printer (Black) Serial No. - FBAGWYRZ9U129" delivered without further delay. Legal action against Amazon.in using my money for 26 days either it is their cheating business or they are equipped with non-experience personnel team.
