Myself Anshuman s/o Mr. Hemant Kumar , I have purchased 2 sarees from Amazon.in for gifting it to my mother on the name of my mother , due to some fault and style not as aspected I had returned both of the product . They promised me that they will refund me after 7-10 days , I had waited for more than 25 days , 2 times they sent cheque bearing wrong name , both the times i had requested them to change the name on the cheque but they didnt do that , i requested them to pay me by any other mode of payment but they refused saying that they is bound in Amazon's policy . Sir they had exploited me physically and mentally and its more than 30 days i didn't recieve my money back . In one case they recieved the return package and they are not enough sensible so they can initiate refund . They initiated refund after 7 days when i rang them. Sir as a customer i am humbly requesting you to please solve this matter and provide me some relief from these cheaters. Thanking you
