On 29th April 2014 I had booked a ticket #TG5V46334992 through Redbus from BLG to HYD for Diwakar Travels for journey date of 4th May. On 4th May 8:21 am I received an SMS from Diwakar stating that the bus has been canceled and I should talk to redbus for refund. I called Redbus and they said, they are not sure about the cancellation and would call back in 40 min. I waited but the call never came. I call them several time, they promised call back with latest status but the call never came. I began to worry as had to travel to HYD. I booked another ticked for 4th as I had no update about refund nor the bus. Later the Diwakar travells called and said, alternate bus has been arranged. Now for the same day i.e., I have 2 tickets for HYD. I suffered a loss of 1000/-, mental agony and tension. I HATE REDBUS. I will try and share my phone outbound call logs once the bill is generated.

If you book through Redbus, make sure you have a backup plan as well:(
