I booked bus tickets on 12/04/2015 from Redbus.in website. I did payment twice but both the time payment is deducted from my account but ticket was not booked even single time. I contact the redbus for this, the contact person said your refund will be refunded you within 7 days but now almost 25 days gone but i did not received a single rupee from redbus even i filled the complain in payu money because i was using Payu money gateway for payment but the did the same things. Mobile no used for ticket booking was ********08. Redbus reference number is:39101270 , 39102075.
I am requesting you please do some needful.
